This sim works in 160+ countries and not all are free incoming countries.
See below a few countries that might be important to overseas deployed military. The sim comes with a +372 number, and we can add a +1 US number to the sim. It will then have two numbers a +1 and a +372 telephone number. Calls placed to the +1 US number costs 0.39 cents per minute additional.

What does Free Incoming really mean?
For the user, the traveler - It means that if you are in Egypt for example and your co-worker sitting in an office in Washington DC dials your number...ie. 011-372-593-34300 and you answer the phone, it will cost you nothing... FREE Incoming calls. If he sends you a text message, you will pay nothing to receive a text message.
For the caller, the person in Washington DC, or London, or Tel Aviv - They pay the cost to place a call to +372 (Estonia).
