Paypal Offers Mobile Paypal and Text 2 Buy
Paypal has launched its availability to send payments via your mobile phone.
According to the Paypal website:
You can use your mobile phone to securely send money and make payments within the U.S. and Canada. To use PayPal mobile, you must activate your mobile phone. Activating your phone requires setting a secure mobile PIN and confirming phone ownership.
You can send your payment either through text message to the PayPal mobile short code 729725 (PAYPAL) or by calling the automated voice system at 1-800-4PAYPAL.
You can also purchase items using Text to Buy or make donations using Text to Give.
Buy things with your phone
Any items you need to purchase on OOMOBILE can be purchased using this service. You can also use Text 2 Buy to receive money. After you activate your phone, you can send money one of two ways:1. Text to 729725 (PAYPAL) with the amount and recipient’s phone number. OOMOBILE's recipient phone number is 2023758777.
Example: "send 5 to 2023758777"
2. Call 1-800-4PAYPAL (1-800-472-9725) and follow the instructions.
